1. Agreement to These Terms
What a visitor accepts
These Terms of Service are the contract between you and Trailhead Auto LLC (referred to here as the Company, we, us or Trailhead Auto) for the use of this English-language website and for the vehicle care and logistics services that the business offers at 153 N 450 W, American Fork - 84003-1499, United States (US). Browsing the homepage, opening the services pages or writing to help@yuxuantex.lat all count as use of the site, and such use signals that you accept these terms.
If anything in the page does not suit you, the honest and simple answer is to stop using the site rather than to argue with a small-print page at a bad hour. By continuing to visit, read or contact us you agree to be bound by these terms and by the Privacy Policy that sits alongside them. The two documents read as one set of rules for anyone stepping into the depot.
We may change these terms from time to time, and the version you follow is the one published on the day you act. Material changes are flagged at the top of the page and reasonable notice is given where a rule matters to an existing booking.
2. Who Runs the Site and the Services
The name and the door
Trailhead Auto LLC operates this website and manages the vehicle care sidings around the American Fork district. Trailhead Auto, the developer name seen on parts of the site, refers to the same working family so that a fleet manager reading the pages meets one clear voice rather than two confusing brands. Any agreement runs with the legal business Trailhead Auto LLC.
Our operating office sits at 153 N 450 W, American Fork - 84003-1499, United States (US). The desk answers at help@yuxuantex.lat and on the number +19567074576. If a question, complaint or formal notice ever needed a written home, these addresses are the ones that carry real weight.
The website describes the six services openly and the services are rendered, wherever the work physically happens, under the responsibility of Trailhead Auto LLC. Mobile repairs and warranty paperwork follow the same desk even when the van is far from the depot.
3. Your Use of the Website
What you may and may not do round here
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable licence to view the public pages and to use the contact and booking forms for their intended purpose. This permission is personal; you may not resell access, deep-link for a scraper, hide the source of traffic or build a competing directory by pulling the pages apart.
The licence does not extend to storing the text wholesale, re-publishing the service descriptions as your own, framing the pages inside another site or using automated tools to harvest content, email addresses or part numbers faster than a human hand writes them. Anyone who needs to re-use the words for a genuine business reason should ask first by mail.
The site is provided as a convenience and we make a fair attempt to keep it open, accurate and secure. Because the real work happens at the bay and on the road, the website itself is not a substitute for the judgement of a trained technician on a physical vehicle.
4. Overview of the Six Services
What the depot actually delivers
Fleet Maintenance Platforms organise preventative care calendars so that oil, filters, brakes and seasonal work arrive on time across a whole fleet. Vehicle Inspection Systems run structured checks and produce stamped, dated records that travel with each unit. Parts Inventory Tracking counts the storeroom, reorders at the right moment and keeps the right part near the right bay. Service Scheduling Tools assign bay, lift and technician without double-booking the depot. Mobile Repair Coordination sends a stocked van to a vehicle that cannot reach the office. Warranty Claims Processing builds complete files that settle without endless phone calls.
Taken together the six sidings describe the full working path of a vehicle from intake to release. A fleet may subscribe to one track or to all six, and the scope of each engagement is confirmed in the proposal that precedes the work rather than guessed from this summary. The summaries on these web pages steer, but the signed proposal steers more.
Nothing on this page is a promise that a particular kilometre figure, cost saving or claim acceptance will ever arrive. We operate on real fleets, and real fleets bring real variation. Statements of intended results are targets we work toward, not guarantees written in iron.
5. Quotes, Estimates and Proposals
When numbers become binding
A customer who describes a fleet and asks for a price receives our written proposal, which sets out the work, the parts, the labour hours and the fee. Such a proposal is an invitation to deal, not yet a contract. The contract forms only when the customer accepts the proposal in writing or the work begins with the customer having agreed to the numbers, whichever comes first.
An estimate differs from a fixed quote. An estimate is our best early look at a cost and may rise when inspection uncovers work that no honest estimator could have seen through a closed panel. A fixed quote holds its number for the named scope and the named period. Where an estimate overruns materially, we stop and ask before we cross the agreed line rather than surprising anyone at the till.
Every proposal names the assumptions that keep its number honest, such as the class of vehicle, the expected labour rate and the source of parts. When those assumptions change, the number has the right to change too, always with notice and never with a shrug.
6. Booking and Billing
Reserving the bay and the hour
Bookings can be placed through the contact form, by mail or by phone. A booking is firm when we confirm the bay time and the scope in writing or by a replied message. For a large fleet engagement we may ask for a deposit to hold a block of bay time, and that deposit is credited toward the final invoice rather than kept as a charge on its own.
We bill for the work we actually carry out, using the agreed labour rate, the parts used and the agreed mileage or hours. A booking that lists extra checks is billed only where the customer approved those checks or where safety flatly required them and we could not reasonably pause to ask.
You should review each invoice promptly after it lands. A doubt raised within thirty days of the invoice receives a full, good-faith look. A claim raised months later and without records is harder to weigh, which is why our customer keeps their own copy of the work order beside ours.
7. Payment Terms
The purse that settles the ledger
Payment is due within the days stated on the invoice, which is thirty days unless the proposal names another window. We accept the payment methods named on the invoice and we never store a card number of a customer on open shelves; card details pass to the payment processor under bank-grade encryption.
If an invoice runs beyond its date, we may pause further bookings and add the late charges permitted by the law of American Fork to reflect the cost of chasing a slow ledger. We always give a written reminder before interest or pausing bites, because a forgotten invoice is more common than a dishonest customer.
Disputed amounts are set aside while the argument is examined, so that an honest disagreement never freezes the whole relationship. Where both sides know the number differs, the conversation turns on fact rather than on leverage.
8. Schedules, Delays and Bay Time
How time is kept at the yard
Bay times are kept in good faith and announced windows are our best plan. A booked time may move when weather, a stranded vehicle, a parts delay or a safety concern changes the honest order of the day. When we must move a booking we give as much notice as the situation allows and we reschedule promptly rather than leaving a driver to guess.
Time held for a customer and then left unused is chargeable where the contract names cancellation windows. A fleet that cancels without notice is asking the depot to carry empty capacity, so reasonable cancellation fees are stated in the proposal in plain figures before anyone signs.
Rush work is billed at the rush rate agreed at the time of the rush, never discovered later on the invoice. Delays that we cause, such as a part we ordered late, are corrected at our own cost where that correction moves the real schedule.
9. Your Duties With Your Vehicles
What the customer brings to the bay
By handing a vehicle to Trailhead Auto LLC you confirm that you own it or hold the clear authority of its owner, that it carries no hidden hazard you know about but have hidden, and that access, keys and reset codes will be available when the bay opens. A vehicle brought with an obvious fault and a silent history slows the honest diagnosis that we both want.
You also agree to tell us the true mileage or hours and any recent accident or major repair, because a service planned on a false history is a plan built on sand. Where a fleet operator books work for units they do not own directly, the operator bears the responsibility of confirming that the underlying owner is comfortable with the work and its cost.
Anything stored loose in a vehicle such as tools, cargo or personal kit is brought at the risk of its owner. We take reasonable care of a vehicle in the bay, but high-value cargo should be unloaded before the work starts and the odometer record noted at the handover.
10. Vehicle and Service Warranties
The promise behind the workmanship
Labour we carry out is covered by a workmanship warranty for the window written on the work order, usually a period measured in months and kilometres running from the release of the vehicle. Within that window, a fault that clearly traces to our own labour is corrected at no charge, including the reasonable labour needed to reach it again.
Parts carry the warranty of their maker unless the work order names another arrangement, and electronics or remanufactured units follow the exact terms the maker prints. Consumables such as fluids, filters and wiper blades are consumables: they wear and they fade, and they are held to the standard of a sound part at the moment it was fitted.
Manufacturer warranties that survive the repair stay with the vehicle and the owner. Where we submit a manufacturer claim through our Warranty Claims Processing siding, we keep you informed of the decision and we only act as the agent the claim allows us to be.
11. Parts, Materials and Substitutes
What goes into the machine
We fit parts that meet or raise the standard the vehicle left the factory with. Genuine, branded, remanufactured and used parts may all appear on a work order, and the choice is written before the fitting work begins so the number on the invoice matches the part in the bay.
Where a maker part is unavailable and a quality substitute will do the job safely, we confirm the swap with the customer first rather than taking the quiet road. A downgrade is never fitted to meet a price without the customer seeing the difference clearly on the page.
Parts you supply yourself are fitted at your risk and under your assurance that they are correct and sound; our labour still carries its warranty, but a part that fails because it was the wrong spec is not ours to carry. A replaced part that we return sits ready for your collection for a named window, after which disposal is our careful choice.
12. Limits on Our Liability
The boundaries of the promise
To the fullest extent the law allows, Trailhead Auto LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, meaning lost profits, lost business, lost data or damage to goodwill that flows from vehicle care, however foreseeable they may sound. A cancelled job rarely shuts down your whole enterprise, and our responsibility tracks the job rather than the whole horizon of your business.
Our total liability for any single claim arising from a job is capped at the amount paid for that job itself, unless the law forbids such a cap. Vehicle use after release carries its own decisions, and a driver who notices a fresh fault rolls back to the bay instead of pressing on at speed.
Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law says cannot be removed, including consumer protection duties where a household rather than a business is the customer. Where the law insists a right stands, that right stands beside this page rather than beneath it.
13. Intellectual Property
Who owns the words and the pictures
The text, layout, logos and diagrams of this site are the property of Trailhead Auto LLC or its licensors and are protected by the law of copyright and trade mark. The words describe the services in the voice of the depot, and they are offered for reading and for honest re-use only where the reader has asked and been answered yes.
You keep the rights you already own in anything you send to us about your own fleet, but by sending material to the desk you grant us the limited right to use that material to carry out the work you requested. We do not claim a permanent claim over a customer logo just because the logo appeared on a service order.
Nothing about the site hands you a licence to any trade mark, pattern, engineering drawing or software the business uses internally. What you may read and quote sparingly with a source credit is the public prose; what you may not lift wholesale is the working machinery of the business.
14. What You Post to This Site
Words that reach our wall
Where the site ever accepts a review, a comment or a forum note, you promise that what you post is yours to give, that it is truthful and that it does not infringe the rights of another person. A review of a bay day is welcome; a rumour about a named person is not.
We may remove a posting at our discretion when it is abusive, unlawful, defamatory, spammy or simply off-topic. Removal is our right rather than our obligation, because a lively board needs light hands. Content you post stays yours, and the licence you grant us is no broader than displaying it in the place you chose.
Anything that looks like an attempt to collect personal information from other users, to advertise an unconnected business or to load the page with junk is treated promptly as misuse and removed.
15. Acceptable Use Standards
The rules of the roadbed
You may not use this site to break the law, to harm another person, to interfere with the running of the business or to reach parts of it you were not shown. Attempting to bypass a login, to flood a server, to spread malware or to probe for weaknesses is a trespass rather than an innocent error, and we reserve every lawful response to it.
You may not use the contact form to send threats, mass mail, forged mail or messages that pretend to come from someone else. The desk is a real counter staffed by real people, and it deserves the same basic manners as a shop counter anywhere in town.
Commercial use of the site beyond genuine enquiry about the services, such as scraping the description texts to sell as your own catalogue, is not fair use and is not allowed. Ask first; the answer is often friendlier than the assumption.
16. Suspension and Cancellation
When the boarding house says no
We may suspend or cancel a booking or a fleet account where a customer breaks these terms, fails to pay a settled invoice, gives a false history or behaves in a way that endangers the depot or its staff. Cancellation follows a written notice giving the customer a fair window to fix the breach, except where safety or the law makes immediate action unavoidable.
On cancellation we invoice only for the work honestly carried out up to that point and we return any balance held that does not belong to that completed work. A customer who simply wishes to leave may close their account by writing to the desk, and we will close the files and settle the ledger on the same honest basis.
The rights that survive the end of the relationship, such as the payment terms, the warranty wording and the liability limits, carry on sensibly covering the work that history already touched.
17. Disputes and Governing Law
Where an argument goes home
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, and by applicable federal law, without regard to any rule about conflicting legal systems. A dispute about the words on this page or about a piece of work is first taken, in good faith, to the desk by mail to help@yuxuantex.lat or by phone to +19567074576, giving both sides a fair shot at a quiet fix.
If a disagreement survives that honest conversation, the courts of American Fork, Utah shall hear it. For disputes that fall too small for a court, either side may turn to the informal dispute services available in that district. Where a law outside Utah protects a consumer in another country, that consumer keeps the protection the law insists they keep.
18. Changes to These Terms
The page is never a closed book
We may revise these terms as the services and the law change, updating the effective date at the foot of the page and noting material changes near the top so a returning reader can spot the difference without a treasure hunt. Continued use of the site after a revision signals acceptance of the new wording to the extent the law allows such a signal.
Changes never reach back to erase a right that had already matured before the change was published, and existing bookings are honoured under the terms in force when they were confirmed unless we both agree differently. The stable core that rarely moves is the fair dealings this depot tries to practice on every ordinary working day.
19. How to Reach the Terms Desk
The final doorway on the page
Any question, formal notice or request about these Terms of Service reaches Trailhead Auto LLC at 153 N 450 W, American Fork - 84003-1499, United States (US). Mail the desk at help@yuxuantex.lat, phone +19567074576 or post a letter to the office marked for the Terms desk.
We read every genuine message and answer within one business week. Where a notice carries legal weight we acknowledge it in writing and keep a proper copy, because the depot built its name on the habit of treating paper with the same respect as the vehicles it cares for.
